PiYo
I started doing PiYo the other night. It is an amazing work out that you can do at your own pace and it is fairly low impact. always moving and there are ways you can do the moves if you can't do what the instructor is doing. It is a great work out. My Kids love doing it with me because it is much like yoga only more intense then yoga.

Pioneer Park
Today DD and I went to Pioneer park walked just over 2.5 miles. Well, I walked and she rode in the stroller. I love the Map my run app. It is so handy to be able to know how far you have gone. Today was a good food day. Went shopping and got more fruit because we were out. I made a nice healthy dinner. I made Spaghetti but did not use noodles. I used Spaghetti Squash. My husband Loved it and said there was not much of a difference in taste between real noodles and Spaghetti squash. Take note though. my husband HATES SQUASH! its so easy to make and i will post it at the end for any one that is interested!!
Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti
1 Spaghetti Squash
1 can of your favorite spaghetti sauce seasoned the way you love
Cook Spaghetti squash in the oven (or however you like) usually takes about an hour in the oven
just poke holes in it and put it on a cookie sheet
when done let cool a and use a spoon to scrape it out (removing the seeds also!)
Mix Squash and spaghetti sauce!

Introduction
Hi! My Name is Brandi, AKA The Chunky Duchess. This is my journey of my weight loss. On January 1st 2015 I decided that it was time for me to make this drastic yet important change in my life. I have always struggled with my weight. My Highest Weight was when I was pregnant with my First Child was 308 pounds. Since then I have not seen anything under 270 pounds. when I started my weight loss on January 1st I weighed 293 pound. In just a short time with a change of Diet and an increase of Exercise I have lost 10 pounds. i weigh 283 pounds. Through this blog I will share the things that i discover that i can eat and feel full, or exercises that I feel are good for me.
